St Helena Sports Day 2019 Ticket Information

​We always get plenty of questions about our tickets, where to find them and which one you should buy depending on what days you are coming. Here’s all the information about our tickets and what’s included with them. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Where Do We Buy Tickets?

​Tickets for St Helena Sports Day are available upon entry at the gate. There'll be a small ticket office towards the left of the roadway where you can park up and pay for your ticket. 

We only accept cash payments at our ticket office due to technical constraints.

If you are leaving the venue and returning, please show your ticket at the ticket office in order to gain entry back into the grounds.

What Do We Get With Our Tickets?

Our Weekend Pass (Sat - Sunday) pass entitles you to...
  • Access to our Saturday night Disco and Karaoke in the Clubhouse
  • Free camping and parking from Saturday right the way to Monday morning.
  • Entry to our Children and Adult Sports races with medals and trophies included
  • Entry to our Fancy Dress Parade with prizes
  • Entry to our Sunday night Discos and Live Music in both the Clubhouse and Marquee.

Our Sunday Pass entitles you too...
  • Free camping and parking from Sunday right the way to Monday morning.
  • Entry to our Children and Adult Sports races (medals included).
  • Entry to our Fancy Dress Parade with prizes.
  • Entry to our Sunday night Discos and Live Music in both the Clubhouse and Marquee.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

TICKET INFORMATION
Under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket purchaser who is over 18. 
Please note that concessions are not available.

ACCESSIBILITY
There are wheelchair/easy access toilets within the Sports Day grounds. Please do get in touch with us if you have any queries or requests. Feel free to email info@sthelenaassociation-uk.org or contact the organisers.

WHAT YOU CAN AND CAN'T BRING
  • No dogs or other animals are permitted (The only exception being registered guide dogs). If you are found with a dog on site you will be asked to leave immediately.
    Please don't bring alcohol in glass containers or bottles into the grounds.
    No open fires are permitted in the grounds. BBQ's, however, may be permitted if they are raised.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE
  • St Helena Sports Day reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
  • Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of Sports Day
  • Vehicles and their contents parked at the owner’s risk. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, from vehicles, caravans, tents, trailers and campervans.
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The St Helena Association reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the event.

REFUNDS
All tickets are non-refundable. Defaced tickets cannot be accepted. We can not offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather.
